4. Hospitality Operations with Computerized Reservation Systems
This module offers practical exposure to hotel operations including check-in, check-out, billing processes, and guest coordination. Students receive hands-on training in reservation software used in hospitality environments.
5. Travel Management with Computerized Reservation Systems
Focused on travel and aviation-related roles, this module introduces ticketing systems, fare construction basics, airport coordination procedures, and travel documentation management.
